Veneer layon processing can be done with maximum efficiency. Fisher+Rückle’s solution to allocating veneer layons to different quality categories and automatically conveying them to their respective grading box is called GRADINGMASTER.
While the EDGEMASTER edge trimming and reinforcement machine (option) is busy processing the layon, the operator judges its quality and selects the respective stacking box. The layon is subsequently being conveyed to the correct bay, smoothly lined up and stacked. The number of layons for each separate box can be determined by setting the stacking height. As soon as the stacking box is full, the scissor lifting table descends and releases the cart filled with neatly stacked veneer layons.
