The operator finds all specific machine settings and parameters within the field of vision. All important functions are accessible via touch screen and are executed immediately after setting. A special trouble-shooting menu helps sort out any errors. |

The infeed belt helps achieve high production performances. Veneer sheets are laid on the belts and automatically fed into the machine’s heating zone where the aligning and the splicing of the veneer sheets take place. |
![]() |
Each layon is automatically aligned on the splicing line while being put through the machine. This enables the operator to retrieve the already spliced veneers for quality control and ensures a perfect 90° cut whilst clipping. |

The freshly spliced veneer formats may be clipped to a pre-defined length on the machine’s outfeed side. |

A self-adhesive tape is applied along the veneer layon’s edge to avoid breaches. The veneer edges are trimmed to size immediately after tape application. |
![]() |
After edge trimming and reinforcement, veneer layons are neatly stacked on a scissor lifting table by the means of a stacking device. |

Veneer layons may be directly stacked right after clipping. The compact direct stacking device can be reversed and opened in a quick and easy fashion for maintenance work (such as the clipping knife exchange) on the machine’s rear side. |
