NEW: FURNIMASTER-plus FZR-21 Veneer Crossfeed Splicing Machine

We proudly present our latest innovation: The FURNIMASTER-plus FZR-21 splices pre-glued veneers of up to 2.1 m in length. We have developed a machine based on our solid CROSSMASTER series (FZR-28, FZR-34 and FZR-40), offering all of the features well-tested and praised by numerous F+R customers all over the world.

Tailored to meet the needs of producers of furniture, furniture components and doors, the FURNIMASTER-plus splices sliced and rotary cut veneers of up to 1.5 mm in thickness at a constantly high and efficient rate.

The proven horizontal pressing system facilitates smooth and easy processing, especially with buckled and wavy veneers. This system has become an industry standard for years in the praised CROSSMASTER series. This as well as the rolls for the precise alignment of veneers on the jointing line, which ensure a straight, square cut while clipping the optional length of the spliced layons.

The tightly and permanently spliced layons can optionally be conveyed to direct stacking units of different lengths or be trimmed and reinforced at the edges.

The FURNIMASTER-plus FZR-21 is ideally integrated in automatic veneer processing lines with up-stream gluing and fanning machines. This machine features a modern and functional design and therefore perfectly fits in the existing line of Fisher+Rückle veneer crossfeed splicing machines. Users praise the operator-friendly touch panel controls and the easy and convenient feeding of the machine through infeed belts.
