Operator Panel

The operator finds all specific machine settings and parameters within the field of vision. All important functions are accessible via touch screen and are executed immediately after setting.

Infeed

Feeding the machine is efficient and comfortable. The veneer strips are laid on the belts and automatically fed into the machine’s heating zone where the aligning and the splicing of the veneer sheets take place..

Automatic Layon Aligning

Each layon is automatically aligned on the splicing line while being put through the machine. This enables the operator to retrieve the already spliced veneers for quality control and ensures a perfect 90° cut whilst clipping.

Optional format clipper

The optional format clipper cuts freshly spliced veneer layons to a pre-defined length on the machine’s outfeed side

Optional direct stacking device

Freshly spliced (and clipped where available) veneer layons are stacked on a scissor lifting table through a direct stacking device enabling efficient layon discharge.
